Hope this isn't a stupid question. As I understand it the neutralizing process is to bring the skins' Ph level back up to accept the tanning formula(whatever that may be.) Tomorrow will be the 3rd day of my deer skins in Saftee-acid pickle. I plan on shaving then washing and then putting the skins back into the pickle until the weekend, when I plan to mount them. I only need to neutralize before I apply the Liqua tan. RIGHT?

.................the only stupid question, is the one that goes unasked. You're right one the mark. Good luck with your skins. Kent P.
