My husband gets deer after they've been hit by cars and was wondering if theres any place that buys the hides or the capes or the antlers and stuff what might they be worth?

Since there's always "someone" who is willing to buy most anything, I wont' say "No", but for the effort involved in making it cost effective, you have to be dealing with thousands instead of several. The going price for hide that my butcher sells for leather is $5 apiece IF they are laid flat and salted.
Whitetailed deer are almost as frequent as possums for road pizza anymore and doubtful that after a confrontation with a car, they could be of much use to taxidermists even if we wanted them.
