what is the best type of steel for sharping circular knife?
this works very well and does not ruin the blade as many had stated, I have 120 capes on one blade. I oil the blade before using the steel on the blade.
Just a light touch is all you need, drwn it to the cutting edge, touch the underneath side of the cutting edge lightly. The you can use a scalpel blade to tune it.
