A friend of mine has tanned a coyote hide. This was not done professionally. Now he is complaining that the hide still has a "dog" smell to it. Is there anything he can do at this point to de-stink it? Also, when I was a kid I remember a product called sasaphras that was used for this kind of thing. If I remember correctly it was a powder of some sort. Anyone know of it?

Try Fabreez it works pretty good I have used it on some Yotes before.
