is citric acid pickle the same as a vinegar pickle?
Citric acid is obtained from lemons and other citris fruits and some other fruits and plant sources. Vinegar is acetic acid. I can't give you the chain off the top of my head, but citric acid can be broken down into acetic acid in spoiled fruit.
