Question for Knoblachs?

First of all I love your products. Here is my question..
Is it better to salt dry a deer cape before you put it in the Pre Tan
or can you put it straight in the pretan after you split and flesh it.

Salt first

Hi Dave, always double salt and dry hard before anything. Thats the only way to set the hair. At least salt for 48 hours before starting any other process...Paul
