I usually use EZ100 For any tanning I do in the shop. Anything different need to be done with tanning a beaver or "same as usual" ?

Tan the Beaver the same as you would anything else - except you should degrease it! I've used our Rittels Super Solvent very successfully on Beaver. Mix 2 fl. ozs. to every 1 gallon of Water. I like to degrease after they have been pickled thoroughly. I usually remove them from the pickle, drain for 30 minutes, shave if necessary, then degrease, wash, and rinse, and then throw them back into the pickle until I'm ready to tan. Soak the skin for 30 minutes in the Super Solvent mixture (dont add any salt or bacteriacide) then rinse. It should be "squeaky" clean!
Then simply proceed as usual.
