can i use Liqua Tan on black bear?

I'm doing my first Black Bear Shoulder mount and am Looking for a EASY tanning method, I haven't used anything else but liqua tan. Is the Procces the same as a Whitetail mount...Salt,Pickle,flesh....Then Degrease..and tan?Thanks For Any help

After you degrease I would place it back overnight in the pickle then neturlize it. From there I would tan it as anything else. But why deal with that grease from a bear. UCK, that's why I send them to the tannery. Let them deal with that mess!

Yes you can LIQUA TAN it, but like Frank said make sure you degrease it.
Bears tan up great! other than degreasing they work pretty much
like anything else to tan
