Hello Joe,
I dont know of a Tannery out there that has seperate prices for a Beginner verses a professional or a quicker turn around time for either, but SIlverbrook Taxidermy & Tannery out of Wisconsin does an excelent job on tanning deer and has a decent "Turn Around Time" as well.(715)682-2207
