could using the same corn cob dust for 2 years start causing slippage because bacteria in it. because i have changed nothing in my process for four years

Hard to say, but unless you're trying to grow a new antibiotic, is there a reason you haven't replaced the corn cob in that length of time? Bacteria need moisture and heat to thrive. A tumbler barrel is ideal for this, but having said that, if you don't leave your capes in it for two days before you work on them, that's a doubtful cause.

I watch this happen last year a few times the guy had his tumbler full of cob grit. I ask are you going to tumble a cape in that? Yes and on he went. Over the period of several months he slipped a bunch of capes.

The cob grits pick up protiens and heat cuasing huge bacteris growth. The guy was also using Spray tan.


Wouldn't have ANYTHING to do with the spray tan, huh John
