Can you rehydrate a turkey that was done with DP and has been mounted for a week that didn't turn out that good or are you stuck with it?

It probally hasn't dried up just yet. So I would give it try. Inject some ater under the skin and see what happens. If it loosens up keep going. you will know real fast if it does it.
