Wet tan

Submitted by Rob on 2/6/02. ( rolsen@yahoo.com ) 66.175.159.174

When wet tanning a cape, will it ever dry completely? During the tanning process I mean. In other words, is there ever a step in which rehydration is necessary?
Thanks

Some allow to dry and rehydrate later!

A wet tanned skin is never dried or it becomes dry tanned

there is no difference between wet tanning and dry tanning except a dry tanned skin is dried out and broked down so that it is pliable but the tanning formula is the same wet tanned skins must be kept frozen until mounting
