RESHAVING

I have acouple of deer capes that I used saftee acid and liqua tan. When I shaved them I used a draw knife and a regular skinning knife. They have been in the freezer for a couple of monthes, and now I just recently obtained a fleshing machine. My question is now that the capes have been already tanned and frooze, could I reflesh the capes to get them thinner and tan them again?

Absolutely

If I were you, I would make sure I practiced on a tanned cape or scrap cape first, but you will find that you can probably do a lot of thinning with your fleshing machine that you couldn't do using other techniques, depending on your level of skill. It is relatively easy to thin a tanned cape if it needs thinning. Take your time and go slow.

i would re-apply the liqui tan after i shaved them for the second time.
only because you may not have gotten proper penetration with the first application, because of the skin thickness.
