OK. I salted and dried my Doe. It has been 2 weeks. Now I have recieved my "Large Mammal Tanning Kit" from WASCO. However, the directions are for a "Rug". I am doing a shoulder mount. Now, Since I hve already salted it I presume I rehydrate and then use Skin Prep and Lysol and flesh a little more and then Pickle. But I am unsure on how much of the solutions to use since the directions are for a rug. Can someone be of any help?

Whitney, it will be fine for you to use the kit as directed even with the smaller hide. The only thing you may have to cut in half will
be the Lutan F (just use half the package).
