My saftee acid froze i mixed some and PH was ok can i still use it or should i get some more? Thanks for your help!

for a few hours, stir again. Some chemicals are more "forgiving" than others and in this case you probably have one of these. It is wise to look before you leap. Go for a second opinion. I would suggest contacting Rittel's just to be safe.
Allow it to thaw, then stir it and use. Don't try to pour off some of it. If you do it may be unstable. After its completely thawed however, its okay!
