Some moths ago I wrote here to ask about how could I dress my chinchilla skins.
I'tried a frmula with two skins. The first one is hard and the other one is half hard and half soft.
Some body know why it hapend?

We could only guess what went wrong. Noone on this site except Bruce Rittel would be close.
So here is my guess, you did not break the hide or it would be soft.
OK I make the same question to you directly, May be you know why one of my dressed skins was middle soft and middle hasrd?
And also, comparing my dressed skins with dressed skins from Sullivan's or in Spain, skins dressed by me have brown leather (cuero) and the other ones have white leather.
