Anyone know of a good (and on the cheaper side) service for rug sewing. Not a requirement but preferably on the east coast. I've seen them in the books from $20 to $45 a foot. I will provide the tanned hide with head finished.

and good is not always fast. Look in your Breakthrough or Taxidermy Today Magazines. BJ's is good but backed up.
"Good" and "Cheap" are mutually exclusive terms, like "military Intelligence". You get what you pay for. The cheapest rugger is YOU. All others charge what they are worth. Why is it that we charge all the traffic will bear and then begrudge others their due? Anyone willing to devote the time and effort rug making requires gets an "A" from me. Cheap rug makers do not last long in this industry.
