For all that enjoys using a "Syn Tan"....I just HAVE to tell you,Bruce Rittel sent me a couple bottles of his KWIK-N-EZE out of the goodness of his heart to try. I had several Deer capes to tan and mount and was willing to give it a try, even though I'm one of these guys that have the "If it aint broke, dont fix it" mentallities.
After the Salting, Pickling, Shaving and Neutrilizing process, I tanned them out with the KWIK-N-EZE. I was amazed and I do mean "AMAZED" with how quickly it penetrated into the skin.
After tumbling the cape in preperation of mounting, the hair was NOT oily and had the sheen I was acustomed to.
The stretch was excellent!
Once mounted and dried, I was also impressed with how there was little to no shrinkage with this tan.I was truely impressed with the KWIK-N-EZE and will not hesitate to use it again and will recomend it to anyone!
Thank you Bruce for turning me onto another great product!
Have a great day to all,
Dave

Is this one of the topical tans? Is pickling an OPTIONAL step?
Hello there George,
You'll want to do your Pre-Salting of the cape or Hide to remove the excess fluids in the skin as well as to help set the hair.
ReHydrate if necessary.
At this point either a heavy Salt brine of 2 lbs.of salt per every 1 gal for 24 hours or longer or a "Acid" Pickle will be the next step.
This process,at least in my book, should not be skipped over.
Either a Acid Pickle or a Brine Bath is required within Bruce's instructions for KWIK-N-EZE.
But George, you know me well enough to know that I wouldn't B.S.ya, and I'm NOT saying it as a favor to Bruce,I am just "That Impressed" with the product and have NEVER seen a Syn Tan penetrate into the skin THAT FAST and that DEEP. I was very impressed with the product. And Little to NO shrinkage was the biggest seller for myself.
I have told everyone in THIS office the same! I'll tell ya, try it once and you'll be sold on it. Great Stuff!
Have a great day to ya,
Dave
