I am going to butcher a lamb and would like to use the fleece as a seat cover. Therefore I require a step by step method to prepare the fleece so that it is suitable. I would like the skin to be white in colour and soft. nay help would be very much appreciated as this is the first time I have considered using the skin after butchering. Thanks A.D

Hi, I'm also tanning a sheep skin. I found plenty of info. about tannig but is there an easy way to clean all the dirt, feed and hay out of the thick hair. Thanks!
