Has anyone taken whitetail capes that have been put through the formic acid soak and then store them in the freezer until their ready to be liqua tanned?

Have you shaved them? if so why wait? If you have not shaved them, goahead and freeze them, they will be fine. Or you can leave them in the pickle without any problems at 2.0 pH.
