Tanning a bison in under a month?

Does anyone know of a tannery that can tan a bison cape in under a month. I am willing to pay extra. I spoke to a few, and they said they weren't interested, or just couldn't do it. Wet or dry tan doesn't matter. I need to get this mount done asap.
