I have never used them but I highly recommend Advantage Furdressing in Houston.
I have been in the business for over 15 years and have used MANY tanneries. From California to the East Coast. And the very best tannery I have ever used is South Texas Fur Dressers (361-578-8154)
I should not have admitted that because taxidermists are catching on to them and my skins are taking longer to get back :) , but they are an exceptional tan. The most durable I have ever used. You can tell how good a tannery is by removing the cartilage from a mule deer's ear. If the skin rips like wet toilet paper, that is fairly common. South Texas Fur is the only place that the skins are strong yet stretchy. You have to just try it. I swear you will not be disappointed. I discovered them about 8 years ago and have used only them since. The mounts I did 8 years ago have held up fantastically. Good luck.
Ive used them for 2 or 3 years, and have had no complaints, except I chose to tan my self last season and relized my capes mounted up much nicer, I do not plan to tan this year and will continue to send things to S texas , but am experimenting with others that I have heard recommended on here to see if I find a tan I like better, maybe I won't , but I figure I'll never know if I dont try. All in all Theyre very good I think.

...Unless you like to sew. I shipped alot of hides to them in the past and recently have had nothing but trouble.I won't be using them again.I have also heard from others that their hides and capes required repair after recieving them back.
