My cousin just gave me a pheasent that he shot, He gave it to me beacause I collect feathers and I have been wanting a pheasent for a long time. I thought he was just going to give me the tail feather but, he gave me the whole thing, skinned. Since he did that I like it like that but I don't know how to tan birds. Amanda get as much meat and fat off the skin as possible and rub borax into the skin. This should keep it nice for you for a long time.
