Whats your opionion about freezing your liqua tanned capes or letting them dry and rehydrate? Will it be easy to get the oily residue off the capes if i mount the capes from the freezer? thanks, Mark

I've tried both

I have tried both ways. Persanally I like to mount the skin the next morning or freeze for later.
I also noticed that when I dry the skin I don't get quite as much stretch after rehydrating.

Freeze it you can't mount...

right away. To remove excess oil just a quick wash before you mount is all thats needed or tumble with mineral spirits added to your sawdust mix. If you don't have a tumbler roll cape up in towels and dry that way.
