Is curatan a wet tan or dry tan

I don't know, and archives really doesn't describe it? Wet or dry?

its a cream tan and it is dry

ITs a cream you wipe on the skin and just let it soak. The hair stays totally dry.

Doesn't work that way

It's a TOPICAL tan. It's painted on. A wet tan or a dry tan are exactly the same but different. Click that orange button over there and type in "dry tan, wet tan, dry perservative" dated 9/6/01 and it might become a little clearer.
