A question to the users of these machines. Does ammonium sulphate work as a substitute for the aluminum sulphate? Will it do a compariable job? Thanks for any responses!

You can use ammonium aluminum sulphate; but if you have just ammonium
sulphate then I don't believe I'd use it.
It definitely isnt a substitute for Aluminum Sulfate. Do not use it.
