I was reading about it in the breakthru mag, is it any better than lutan f , which i use at present? (and as easy as it reads?)

Samantha, I looked in my Breakthrough Magazine and found the ad for Ozark Woods. They don't have an email address listed, but the phone number is 800-467-0369. The address you have is correct.
