I'm considering using the John Rinehart tanning cream that he used on his fleshing/tanning video. Can anyone give me feedback whether this stuff is effective or whether I can expect excessive shrinkage or hair falling out issues. thanks for any input.

Before I started using a tannery I used Rineharts cream allot with good results. I have a mount that is about 10 years old that I used the cream on and the hair still looks great. It is one of the better creams out there in my opinion but I haven't used that many kinds either. Try it I think you will like it.
Hoss is right .
Rineharts tan cream is excellant .
Ive been in the business for 6 yrs now and when I started my uncle gave me a coyote that was tanned with Rineharts cream tan and it had been in his freezer for about 6 yrs so it is 12 yrs old now and havent lost hair 1 from it yet.
I use it on my mammals and deer heads and havent had any problems with it at all.
Good Luck to you Joe
