Has anyone tried to use those little electric things that the kabab/souvalaki makers use to shave the cooked meat from the meat slab, for fleshing/shaving? If by slim chance yes - how did it go?
I know it sounds wierd, but i dont have access to a fleshing machine, or the $$$$$$ to import one.
