I am leaning toward ez100 just because I heard a lot of good things about it and because Bruce Riddle has been so nice to me curing all of my problems. I just thought what everyone else thought. If anyone says krowtann please tell me where I can find some to compare prices.

Erik, I use both. Krowtann can be used on a green cape/hide- no salting and it's very quick. EZ-100 is a great product, too. It's good when you need to salt your cape/hide first. EZ-100 also can be used to make a soft tanned hide. EZ-100 tanned hides are oiled, Krowtann tanned hides are not. The oiled tans are the ones that can be made soft.
