I know I saw this on here somewhere and I think Bruce Rittel gave the answer but I cant find it in my search so if some one could point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.
I do not have a scale for measureing the actual weight of my Lutan f or my pickling crystals. At this time I have only tanned a couple of hides and used a measuring cup to add my chemicals as close as I could get but I seek to be more accurate in my measuring. I did find that 1 1/2 cups of salt equals one pound but Id like to know what an ounce reads on my cup for Lutan F and pickling crystals. Im thinking Ive been lucky so far but I dont trust luck over exactness. Thanks
