Have any of you guys tried this. I was thinking of trying it out it would save me some time as a part time taxidermist.

Yes I have used it with Liquatan. You need to make sure that you salt your hides 48 hours. You also need to rough flesh them really well. Don't leave your skins in the pre-tan over 24 hours. I usually put mine in over night, shave, return to the pre-tan for a couple of hours then tan with liquatan.
