I recently tanned a skunk, using lutan f. I believe that all turned out okay, except for the tail is still greasy, I degreased the skunk prior to tanning, will this dry eventually. thanks, I appreciate everyones help on this forum. I have spent hours reading the archives and just wanted to thank everyone that takes the time to share their knowledge.

Like the oil marks on your driveway, it won't go away without help. As the grease ages, it gets rancid and the smell is even worse. Time for the soap again.
