blood in carabou hair

I am salting and pickling carabou capes and they have blood in the hair and I was wondering if that will come out when I wash them in dawn after I am done liqua tanning them

I would wash them before I salt them, as caribou hair is like a sponge it will soak up blood,you can also use a commercial grade acetone and even Hydrogen Peroxide is a good blood remover but you must rinse the hair if you use HP. as it can bleach hair.

I would try washing it with peroxide and then dipping it in a very bland bleach for about 1-2 seconds. Then rinse it off imdeiattly and let it air dry. It works on mine.
