Sodium bisulfate is also called niter cake and it is used in pickling METALS. A biproduct of sodium and hydrochloric acid it retains the qualities of sulfuric acid and salt. It just sounds a little harsh to be throwing trophy skins into. I apologize if I'm assuming wrongly, but it sounds as if you've "found" this stuff around your work and plan on hooking a little to save a few cents. Best bet is to stick with what works and learn to build the cost of your supplies into your customer charges.
