I checked the archives for this but not finding my answer. If tanneries do accept air dried skins, is there anything special I need to know before sending them out? Also, can someone give me a name of a tannery that handles air dried skins? Thanks for the help! Andy.

Turkey Creek Tanning & Taxidermy
Fur Dressers accept air dried skins, especially wild skins, all the time. My current inventry for tanning was 100 % NOT salt-dried. They were ALL air-dried or air / wood shavings dried. If you are looking for taxidermy tanning, maybe you need a salt-dried tannery. If you need fur dressing, maybe looking for a fur dresser will help. Always call your tannery to ask how they would like the skins delivered. HTH
Thanks for the help guys! Andy.
