I just pulled my fox from tanning solution (wet tan) drained it for 1 hour and put oil on skin. the oil seems like it got all over the hair. The hair smells a little to. Can i wash it somehow before I put on mount ? Whats the easiest way to get oil off hair ?

wash the fox for about 5 minutes (no longer) in some Dawn dishwashing liquid. This will wash out the oil in the hair. You can also opt to wash the fox with it or regular shampoo after it is mounted up.
Can I wash the entire thing even though it is now tanned ?
If that is the case , what do I do after it is washed ?
hang it out to dry ?
you may want to let it hang for a little bit to let it drain and then blow some additional water out with an airhose. And yes you wash the entire hide. If you are not planning to mount the hide after washing put it back in the freezer and mount it later.
