I have this Kudu cape that was salt dried but when I rehydrated it with water and relaxer it just won't fully soften up. I is flexible but not like I would like it. I have heard about grease burned or sun damaged from tanneries but I was just thinking that someone has got to know what I can do to get the cape flexible to shave and tan.
