Is the currier knife, sold by Jonas Brothers, the same thing as a Sheffield knife? I was told that I needed a Sheffield knife from Jonas but I think they were referring to the currier's knife and Sheffield is the manufacturer. I want to make sure before I invest. I plan on using it to remove the membrane on deer capes before placing in the auto tanner. Thanks, Ken
