Cool gadgets

Just for fun, name some of the cool unique gadgets you have in your shop that you couldn't live without.

I've got a bowling pin that I use for fleshing chins, lips and eyes (the top round surface). I'm still looking for something big enough for fleshing nostrils. And I've got a drafting table that my husband converted so now it has a hard plastic laminate top. It's got an adjustable slant, and it's got a foot pedal that electronically raises and lowers it... so I don't get back-aches leaning over to work! I love it. I also hit the mother-load at a garage sale when I bought a box full of tools for $4 including an awesome exacto knife with a large handle (easy grip) and a tiny hammer good for driving set nails. You never know what you're going to find at those things...

I made my own Jaw scraper for fish example pike..I took a bicycle kick stand and sharpened the downward end..the rest of it is just your handle
It's kinda like a rake you can rake the flesh out of the jaws without
cutting your hands all up

I flesh nostrile, eyes, tear ducts, chin, and lips with a modified wooden baseball bat. I cut the nob off and slightly sharpened it. I use that end for eyes, nostrals, and tear ducts. I sawed the bat down the middle length ways for about 6 or 8 inches. I then sawed half of it off. This end works great for chin, nose pad, and lip line. "COOL TOOL"
