There are many reputable tanneries in alot of different states. Shipping costs are really not that much different if you go over a state or 2 or even 3. If you are pricing correctly your customer is paying for the shipping anyway. Go to the tannery section and pick one.
East Coast Tannery has done a great job for me. I live in North Carolina with Carolina Tannery but prefer to send my skins there. Quick turnaround, quality work.
