Medical grade means..........!

It means the skin has to be capable of being sterilized after its used - at a very high temperature. Such skins are normally used in hospitals to elevate limbs and prevent bed-sores. Very few skins are capable of withstanding such high temperatures.

You need to find a Tannery that uses Chrome and a Gluteraldehyde combination. It's known for producing the very best "medical" skins. Unfortunately I do not know who i could refer you to in Ontario.
