Tanning beaver skins for wall hangings

Submitted by Janice on 10/12/2003. ( janicei@accesscomm.ca ) 24.72.70.83

My Husband and are looking at tanning some beaver skins for wall
hangings. What process do we need to follow to tan the skins once
they have been skinned, fleshed, stretched and dried. What product
would you recommend for the easiest and most affordable way to tan each
beaver.
Any help would be very much appreciated.

Thank you very much,

Janice

you might try Bruces brush on tanning kit. i would however relax those skins all the way before proceeding.
