We took the advice on using a 8" wire wheel and grinder, and we did it! He fleshed it and got the hide thin. Last night, I stayed up till 3:30 but I mounted MY FIRST WHITETAIL! I'll take a picture later and show all of you. I think you all would be very proud of me. And like I said, "I want to thank all of you who give me the helpful tip!" I feel like I've won a trophy. The buck turned out beautifully. I was a little shocked! I think ya'll will be too, since it was my first one! Well, talk with you all later.

If I remember correctly, it takes a while for the point to get through to your brain- you're done. After what seemed like an infinite number of steps to do taxidermy, it's a little tough to accept that you have finished. And at that, it looks good too. Great accomplishment, and again, congrats.
