I want to tan a couple of bears for full mounts in my auto tanner.
But im not sure how to clean and degrease, or at what stage do I do it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hopefully you have everything turned and split. Run the tanner for 60 minutes with one bear cape. Flesh and degrease dont cut into the hair roots.
Put the hide back in the same solution and run another hours. Check the hide for pinkness and proper shaving, complete is needed.
Run another 30 minutes if needed.
Drain, dry and oil.
