Since it seems to be an Alum tan - I would say that its more than likely to operate like most Alum tans - in the range of 55-80 degrees Fahrenhiet. Any lower and you begin to drop ingredients out of the solution - and you may see hair begin to float. But the worst part is - you also slow down any chemical bonding that would ordinarily be taking place. To be safe you may have to leave it there longer for more complete bonding to take place.
But - to be on the safe side - always ask the manufacturer.
