Bobcat rug

Just finished a wall rug of a bobcat, lost some hair around the ears and toes. Will the laquer thinner as mentioned in a previous thread, on the oustide of the ears work on bobcats as well. If anyone has any suggestions, I would appreciate it.

Try dry.

I can only gess you are using laquer as a hair setter. Bobcats are thin skin animals that will slip easy if keep wet or damp to long especilly around the toes.Try stretching by hand, and mount it dry.
