Grey fox tanning

i just tanned a WT cape using the safety acid method, i heard that you can reuse this pickle. If so can i put a grey fox in this pickle without having to do anything to the pickle, the pickle reads 1.5 on the ph paper. Thanks in advance.

Keep the pickle below 3.0 and it will be fine.

Add a bit of salt and you should be ok.
