can I use laytex caulk as a hide paste on small and large
animals?

Its not as good as hide paste.

You can get by with it. Most of the taxidermist thats been in this awhile have moved on paste latex caulking. On problem wit it is its very hard to find without silicone.

I use 3006 white lightning caulking for all of my mounts. Deer and small mammal. It seems to work realy good. MichelleW
