I'm going to use the new McKenzie tan and was reading the directions and had a concern about step 7. Once I apply the tan and set it aside to penetrate should I just let it sit out on my bench to penetrate or put in the fridge?

Cool is not your friend at that point. Keep your hide at room temperature so the tan can be absorbed into the open pores created by the pickle.
